PACKAGING & GIFT MESSAGES
We believe that everyone deserves that exciting feeling of opening a gift - any time of the year! That's why all our handmade products come gift wrapped in tissue paper and shredded wood wool or crinkle-cut paper for cushioning as a standard. They are ready for gift giving, whether you are sending it to someone special, or just treating yourself to some little luxuries!
You can add a gift message to any order by entering it in the product page before adding to your cart. If your message is longer than 500 characters, please use the Notes box at Checkout, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your message and the order number. There is no extra charge for gift messages.
We endeavour to use packaging made from recycled materials and our products are made using sustainable and natural materials where possible.
All orders weighing under 2kg are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to deliver within 2-4 working days (subject to any changes to Royal Mail policies and services).
If you need your order faster than that, you can choose the delivery upgrade option at checkout, for Royal Mail 1st Class which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Larger orders weighing more than 2kg will be sent using different providers, depending on the weight, size and destination of the parcel. We normally use DPD, UPS or DHL, however this is calculated on a case by case basis. For more information, feel free to contact us about your order.
International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, UPS or other providers depending on weight, size and destination of the parcel. Please note the buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be incurred. We will not pay any fees that may be incurred at customs and will not refund any orders that are not delivered due to unpaid customs fees by the buyers. If you are unsure whether customes fees are payable on your order, please contact your local customs office for more information.

SPECIAL REQUESTS & LARGE OR WHOLESALE ORDERS
We are happy to accommodate special or large orders, or wholesale requests - please contact us through the Contact form or by emailing your requirements to email@example.com.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, but please contact us first before returning your product. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product, and return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: (1) Custom or personalised orders, (2) Items on sale.
Please note we also don't accept returns for wax melts and snap bars that have been chipped in transit, as this does not affect the product scent or quality. Whilst we don't expect any damage during its journey to you, some chipping can occur.
Exchanges can be provided for the same item only and in cases where the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not accept any cancellations.
We are not associated with any medical or pharmaceutical practicioners or qualified aromatherapists. Our Aromatherapy collection is based on widely known aromatherapy foundations and popularly used scents, which are claimed to have certain benefits on the body and spirit. We do not claim any scientifically proven benefits or effects and our products should not be considered as medical or health products.
Our soaps and other skincare products are made using 100% natural ingredients and in most cases are suitable for people with sensitive skin. If you have extremely sensitive skin, allergies, intolerances or any other underlying health conditions, please consult with us prior to using our products. We can provide information on all the ingredients used, allergens encountered in the products, and general advice on how best to use and make the most of your products.
